The Commercial Litigation Department comprises Jane and Joseph.  The Department has extensive experience of all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution and acts for clients in a variety of sectors, including Dental matters, Debt matters, Property Litigation, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Construction and Insolvency.

We deal with matters in both the High Court and the County Court.

We also advise clients in connection with arbitration, mediation and other ADR processes.

Our objective is to assist our clients to obtain effective results as quickly and as economically as possible.  Given our proximity to the High Court, we are able to commence proceedings at very short notice.  However, we also recognise that litigation is not always desirable. Where appropriate, we will advise clients on the various ADR processes that might be considered as a suitable alternative to litigation.
