The Commercial Litigation Department is headed up by Ian Robertson. The Department has extensive experience of all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution and acts for clients in a variety of sectors, including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Construction and Insolvency.

We handle claims in both the High Court and County Courts as well as advising clients in connection with arbitration, mediation and other ADR processes.

Our objective is to assist clients in obtaining results as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Given our proximity to the High Court, we are able to commence proceedings at very short notice. However, we also recognise that litigation is not always desirable. Where appropriate, we will advise clients on the various ADR processes that might be considered as a suitable alternative to litigation.
