Gary is a partner in the Company Commercial department at Abrahams Dresden,
having joined the firm in July 2005. He was previously a partner in a media and
entertainment firm in London and joined Abrahams Dresden to further develop the
Company Commercial department. Gary qualified as a solicitor in July 2001 and
prior to qualification worked as an "in-house" lawyer for a FTSE listed,
international fashion company.
His relevant experience includes advising on:
• Company acquisitions, mergers, reorganisations and disposals.
• Trading terms and conditions of business, distribution agreements,
• licensing agreements and joint ventures
• Mainstream intellectual property and general commercial issues for
• a variety of media, music, fashion
and Internet based companies.
