Sarah is a solicitor in the Property department, having joined Abrahams Dresden LLP in August 2013. She graduated from the University of Essex with a degree in Law in 2006 and was awarded a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London in 2007. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2010.
Sarah has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property issues. She deals with all matters relating to leases across the business spectrum including offices, industrial, retail and licensed premises. She also acts for vendors and purchasers of freehold commercial property and deals with secured lending. She also handles high value residential property work.
Sarah is a breath of fresh air in the Property department, engaging in every task professionally and conscientiously and always with a smile. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and the clients love her.
